Sims2 Photoshop Advertising?

On the Sims 2 body shop the only way to make your own hair, eyes
, clothing, etc. is to have a program such as photoshop. Which helps these companies make a lot of money.Why not be able to create them on the bodyshop? That's what it's supposed to be for.
